Duane is a 1981 graduate of Delta State University receiving his BBA degree. He started his career in the insurance business in August 1982 and came to New York Life in January 1985 when he established Allred Financial Group. Duane is a Lifetime Member of the  Million Dollar Round Table^*,  has qualified for 15 Executive Councils, 11 Presidents Councils and 1 Chairman's Council. Duane was Agent of the Year in 2004 leading  the Mississippi General Office in Production for that year.

Allred Financial Group works with clients in helping them develop a plan for retirement, developing an estate planning strategy or making sure a client has enough Life Insurance protection to pay taxes, debts or provide income to survivors.

Kelly joined Allred Financial Group in October 2010 as an agent. Kelly is a 2007 graduate of the University of Mississippi with a BBA degree with a major in Marketing. Prior to coming to Allred Financial Group Kelly managed a Firestone dealership for 3 years.  In just 7 months with New York Life Insurance Company Kelly qualified for Career  Development Conference held in Dallas, Texas. Kelly has also qualified for New York Life's Quality Council and Executive Council.

Kelly works with The Advanced Planning Group in Dallas, Texas. The Advanced Planning Group is a resource group of professionals who have credentials in law, taxation, accounting, insurance, finance and business and estate planning.
